Nexus Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services ("Services") provided by Nexus ("Company") to its clients ("Client" or "Clients") in connection with the provision of talent recruitment and payroll services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Nexus if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Services Provided

Nexus connects talent from Latin America with startups and businesses in the United States. We act solely as a link between the contractor and the client, and depending on the plan selected, we may offer payroll services to the client.

3. No Upfront Fees

There are no upfront fees for either Placement or Staffing Services. If we do not find a suitable candidate, no fees will be charged.

4. Guarantees

- Placement: We offer a 3-month guarantee. If the contractor resigns or is deemed unsuitable by the client within three months, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. - Staffing: We offer a lifetime guarantee. If the contractor resigns or is deemed unsuitable at any time, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content and materials included therein, including without limitation, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the use of the services.

7. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with Client"s use of the Services.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

9. Variation of Terms

Nexus reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

10. Termination

Company may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, the Client's access to the Services will be immediately revoked.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Company and Client concerning the subject matter hereof. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
